\n A well-established, Tier 1, fast paced and ambitious construction, and maintenance contractor with a great reputation for providing excellent services to clients. Specialising in the social housing industry they are known for their planned maintenance and refurbishment projects.
Role:
\n Temporary Site Manager for an 8-week external refurbishment project in Soho. You will oversee daily site operations, coordinate trades and subcontractors, enforce strict Health & Safety, and manage tenant relations in a live, mixed-use building. The project will focus on Brickwork repointing, Roof repairs, window liner repairs, scaffolding, external decorations and man safe system installations.
