This has resulted in an exceptionally high repeat business rate of around 85%.Following a recent strategic partnership, the consultancy has expanded its service offering to include Project Monitoring and Building Surveying, supporting continued and sustainable growth.A key differentiator is the working culture: a genuinely flexible, trust-based model where engineers predominantly work from home, with office attendance typically no more than once per week.Your new roleAs a Junior to Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer, you will support the delivery of electrical building services designs across a varied national project portfolio.Working closely with Senior Engineers and Directors, you will gain exposure to the full project lifecycle - from early concept design through to detailed design and construction.Projects span large-scale leisure and destination developments, as well as commercial, mixed-use and public-sector work, with a strong emphasis on long-term, repeat-client relationships.Key responsibilities:
