  • Promote safeguarding, attendance, positive behaviour, and pupil progress.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have experience working with children and young people, ideally within education, SEMH, SEND, alternative provision, or youth support settings.
  • Be confident managing challenging behaviours and responding appropriately to incidents.
  • Have a calm, patient, and resilient approach.
  • Be proactive and able to use their own initiative.
  • Possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Hold Team Teach training or be willing to undertake Team Teach training.
  • Be committed to supporting young people to overcome barriers and achieve their potential.

What's on Offer?

  • A rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in young people's lives.
  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
