Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager Quality Assurance to lead and oversee quality assurance activity within Childrens Social Care. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving practice improvement ensuring high standards of service delivery and supporting inspection readiness. This role will lead audit activity identify learning opportunities and work collaboratively with managers and practitioners to embed continuous improvement across the service.
