Key Responsibilities * Lead the day-to-day operations across site, ensuring exceptional service, consistency, and performance. * Oversee all administrative and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion. * Drive operational excellence by managing site performance, financial controls, and service delivery standards. * Lead, coach, and develop management and frontline teams to build engagement, accountability, and high performance. * Monitor budgets, labour costs, and KPIs, implementing actions to maximise profitability and efficiency. * Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, acting as the key point of contact across all sites. * Ensure full compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and food safety standards. * Support recruitment, employee relations, and workforce planning to maintain a motivated and capable team. * Take ownership of all operational challenges, delivering effective solutions and continuous improvement initiatives. * Maintain a visible presence across all locations, providing hands-on leadership and supporting teams where required. *What's in it for you? * Working with *Vacherin *has its perks!
