We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Cocktail Bartenders to come and join the Canopy Collaborative, we call it collaborative because we work together!
Canopys London Citys approach to hospitality centres on the small gestures, surprising extras, and uncomplicated comforts that contribute to a Positive Stay. We keep it simple, personal, positive & local. We look at every situation from the bright side.
You will be responsible for creating positive guest experiences; friendly guest service will underpin everything you do. You will ensure the efficient service of all beverages ensuring standards are met at all times.
PENNY SQUARES is our specialty casual all day dining restaurant set in a rustic and organic setting, serving artisan breakfast in the morning, and freshly made clay oven inspired dishes made with local, sustainable ingredients in the evenings.
St. CLARE is at the heart of Canopy Central, it is the perfect place to eat, drink, work, relax or socialise. Enjoy craft coffee roasted in the neighbourhood, unique cocktails and get a taste of the latest local drinks every evening.
About you
Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role/environment, you are passionate about creating EPIC guests experiences, in particular:
