Salut! is a well-established, high-performing independent restaurant in Islington with over 10 years of trading, a loyal customer base, and a strong reputation for quality, consistency, and hospitality.
We are part of a growing group alongside our second restaurant, Oui Madame, which has achieved over 485 five-star reviews within its first 7 months.
We are now looking for a strong Assistant Manager to take ownership of the floor and help drive the next stage of the business.
The Role
This is a hands-on, service-led role.
You will be responsible for running the floor, leading the team, and ensuring a high standard of service at all times.
