The Role
Recognising the importance of providing a strong foundation for early education, the Headteacher is looking to appoint a talented and committed KS1 Classroom Teacher. You will be responsible for a class of pupils with a range of abilities and learning needs, requiring a creative and adaptable approach to teaching in order to maximise engagement, progress, and achievement.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher with a proven ability to deliver high-quality teaching and inspire young learners. The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for helping children build strong educational foundations.
- Create a positive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Have a proven track record of raising attainment and promoting progress within Key Stage 1.
- Possess strong behaviour management skills and experience implementing effective classroom management strategies.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
