TeamJobs are recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Salisbury!
We're looking for someone reliable, hands-on and technically minded who is keen to learn new skills and develop within a manufacturing environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone with an interest in machinery, computers or engineering, with full training provided and the opportunity to progress into operating CNC machinery.
Hours, Pay & Benefits
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
£12.71 per hour - Weekly pay
Full-time, ongoing work
Full training and ongoing development
Opportunity to learn CNC machinery operation
What will you be doing?
Operating production machinery and equipment
Using computers to support manufacturing processes
Working with hand tools and following production instructions
Carrying out quality checks and completing basic paperwork
Learning new machinery and developing technical skills
Working as part of a team to meet production targets
What are we looking for?
Confident using computers and comfortable learning new systems
Good technical understanding and an interest in machinery
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
Reliable, hardworking and committed to learning
Good attention to detail and a practical, hands-on approach
No CNC experience required - full training provided!
