We're seeking a flexible Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our Bay View team on a casual basis, covering shifts as needed. You'll work in one of our family‑style homes in Heysham or rural North Lancaster, supporting up to four young people.
You'll help young people aged 8-18 with social, emotional, and behavioural needs, creating a safe and nurturing environment and helping maintain our Good/Outstanding Ofsted standards.
You must be 21+, hold a full UK driving licence, and have a Level 3 Diploma in Working with Children & Young People.
