Salary Scale: £92 – £115 per day (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are currently recruiting for a caring, patient, and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work across schools and educational settings in York.
This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people with their learning and personal development. You will work alongside teachers and wider support teams to provide tailored assistance, encourage independence, and help create an inclusive environment where every learner can make progress.
About the Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide classroom, one-to-one, and small-group support to students with a range of learning needs. You will help learners access the curriculum, remain engaged in lessons, and develop confidence and independence while contributing to a positive and supportive learning environment.
