Locum Planning and Highways Lawyer– Local Authority – South West Predominantly Remote – £60 /hr Outside of IR35 – Full Time
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Locum Planning and Highways Lawyer to join the Planning team of a Local Authority in South West on a full-time, 6-month initial contrct basis.
The ideal candidate for this role would be a Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive. For this opportunity, you will need experience handling a caseload of both Planning and Highways agreements, with previous Local Authority experience being desired.
Duties may include the following:
A rate of up to £60 per hour via Ltd company (Outside IR35) is offered for this position as well as the opportunity to work predominantly remote, with occasional attendance in person at Planning Inquiries.
