Position: Handyperson

Location: One Blackfriars SE1

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 0800 - 1700

Salary: £32,000 per annum

Development Details:

This role will be based at a luxury development looking down on the River Thames, consisting of 274 residential apartments. The site benefits from several amenities including a resident’s spa, underground car park and 24-hour concierge service.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Handyperson at Rendall & Rittner, you will be:

  • Experienced in painting and decorating to a high standard, ensuring excellent finishes throughout the development
  • Skilled in carrying out a wide range of general maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs, hanging pictures, repairing fixtures, and assembling shelving units
  • Customer-focused, engaging positively with residents and visitors while delivering a high level of service
  • Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
  • Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
  • A supportive team player who builds strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
