Job Details Here at Tortilla, we are seeking to recruit a General Manager to join our team in Glasgow's Silverburn! You will join us on a full-time, permanent contract and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £38, per annum plus an amazing, achievable bonus worth up to £10, per year. What we’re looking for in our General Manager: We’d love you to have a good understanding of GP & Labour control whilst being passionate about food and at your happiest looking after customers. It’s great if you’ve worked in a similar QSR environment but we’d also love to hear from you if you’ve spent time running a bar, restaurant or contract catering unit.
