Pay increases as experience and competence signed off.

• Starting rate of £22,862 (Temporary)
\n
• Passing Quality control validation £27,164 (Temporary)
\n
• Basic full line plants (Annualised) £28,379 (Permanent role)
\n
• Fully competent on all plants £31,266 (Permanent role)
\n

The role - Technical Operator:

\n

\n
1. Ensure products meet the standard for quality
\n
2. Run the plant to standard operating procedures, which includes start-ups and changeovers
\n
3. Liaising with plant development teams for improvement on standards
\n
4. Maintain records on and hourly/daily basis, completing gap analysis
\n
5. Ensuring observable standards are achieved for the line
\n
6. Ensure safe working practices
\n
7. Support training of process staff
\n
8. Any other duties/ projects that are reasonable and within the skills and ability of the post holder
\n

\n

What our client is looking for in a Technical Operator;

1. Previous Manufacturing experience essential
\n
2. Escalate when and if problems occur
\n
3. Good communication skills to interact with fellow team members
\n
4. Team worker, ability to liaise with all fellow team members
\n
5. Ability to focus on getting things done in a methodical and organised way
\n
6. Attendance & Punctuality a necessity
\n
