Whether you're seeking entry-level employment or a new opportunity to expand your profession, we offer training to develop the technical and managerial skills necessary to enhance your career *Key duties...* * Processes reservations for other outlets such as spa and restaurant, the sales office, other hotel departments, and travel agents. * Assists in answering any member or guest queries via telephone or email. * Knows the type of rooms available as well as their location and layout. * Knows the selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plans. * Communicates reservation information and all special requests to the front desk. * Understands the hotel's policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows and communicates information to guests. * Prepares expected arrival list for front office use. * Updates member and guests' profiles.. * Willing to undertake any reasonable request made by management in any other areas of the house * Uphold discretion and professionalism, especially when serving VIPs and PWKs. *What we are looking for...* A successful Guest Service Agent for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years' experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service.
You'll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success. * Minimum of 2+ years' experience in similar capacity * Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and maintain calm, through quickly and effectively problem solving under pressure * Must be hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service and respectful towards colleagues and guests * Must be able to demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule and Club School * Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed * Ability to take direction, work in a team environment and autonomously The salary range for this role if filled within the UK is listed below.
