Job description
This Head of Engineering position is with a FinTech company who are looking to improve the lives of those in less-developed countries.
The primary mission will be to scale the engineering team whilst working with other technical and non-technical members of the company.
Some other responsibilties include:
- Guiding the dev team through shipping new features
- Improving time spent on maintenance
- Solidifying the existing architecture

- Experience scaling dev teams in a startup
- Fintech understanding or experience
- Worked on breaking emerging markets
The successful Head of Engineering will be rewarded with up to £130,000 and the freedom to work fully remotely both during and after Covid.
