Our commitment to the wellbeing and development of our people is at the forefront of our culture.We are currently recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef to join our Food Production team at The May Fair Hotel.Overview: Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in leading the kitchen during serviceOversee preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistent excellenceSupervise and mentor junior chefs, fostering a positive and professional environmentMaintain impeccable standards of hygiene, safety, and organisationContribute to menu development and seasonal dish creationEnsure smooth, efficient service in a high pressure, luxury settingAbout You: Strong background in premium or luxury diningProven experience at Chef de Partie level or abovePassion for Mediterranean flavours and contemporary cuisineLeadership ability with a calm, confident approachHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityA collaborative mindset and desire to grow within a 5 star hotel environmentOur Benefits Package: Competitive salary 28 days Holiday per annum including Bank Holidays increasing with long service Complimentary hot meals, salad bar and unlimited beverages provided daily Recommend a Friend Scheme of up to per friend recommended.
