Job description
- Experienced social worker required for Looked after Children team.
- Our Corporate Parenting Service pulls together the case work and the provision to focus on permanence for every Looked After Child.
- We operate a Group Supervision model within each team, called Practice Support Groups (PSG), where children and young people aged 0-18 years are the focus, this has the effect of reducing the transfers and handovers that children and their families hate.
- The focus on a Systemic Approach, with relationship based social work at its heart, supports social workers and promotes reflective practice.
