Bell Cornwall Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for an HR Manager at a well-established independent charitable organisation within the heritage and cultural sector in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to lead the HR function within a purpose-driven organisation.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Lead and support the HR team, ensuring an effective HR service.
\n
• Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management and HR policies.
\n
• Support workforce planning, employee engagement and organisational change initiatives.
\n
• Oversee HR systems, reporting and external HR providers.
\n
• Review HR policies and processes to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
\n

\n

The Successful Candidate Will Ideally Have

\n

\n
• Previous experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
\n
• CIPD Level 5 qualified (or above).
\n
• Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
\n
• Experience managing employee relations and supporting change.
\n
• Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
\n
