Graduate Recruitment Consultant – The requirements:
· 2:1 degree is preferable.
· Experience in the following is desirable.
· Sales, real estate, business development and account management is ideal.
· Recruitment experience is advantageous.
· Languages are highly desirable.
· Entrepreneurial.
· Money-motivated, target-driven and resilient.
· High-level sport achievements highly sought after.

Graduate Recruitment Consultant – day-to-day:
The aim of the game is ultimately to find candidates to fill in your clients’ vacancies. It is a fast-paced sales role. You will be:
· Sourcing candidates by headhunting, advertising, networking and database.
· Pre-screening candidates by phone, face-to-face or video call.
· Setting up interviews.
· Preparing candidates for interview.
· Getting interview feedback.
· Negotiating terms of contract.
· Closing deals.
· Handling any objections.
· Developing client relationships.
· Winning new clients (cold calling).
