Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated Teacher of English to join a welcoming secondary school in the B14 area of Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire students and support their progress in English across Key Stage 3 and 4.

Role Details\n

• Days Required: Full Time
\n
• Planning & Marking: Essential - candidates must be happy to take on full planning and marking responsibilities.
\n

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4
\n
• Plan and prepare lessons in line with curriculum requirements
\n
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing targeted support
\n
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
\n
• Contribute to school-wide initiatives and development
\n

What We're Looking For\n

\n
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
\n
• Experience teaching English at secondary level
\n
• Strong knowledge of KS3 and KS4 curriculum
\n
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
\n
• Ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities
\n
