Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive intelligence activities to monitor competitors' strategies, proposition/product offerings, pricing models, and market positioning. Use this information to identify areas where LPS can differentiate and gain a competitive advantage.

Value Proposition Development: Lead the definition and articulation of compelling value propositions for LPS solutions. Develop a deep understanding of client pain problems and competitive landscape to differentiate the company's offerings and communicate outstanding value to target customers through compelling proposals.

Lead the solution development process, including design, development, and launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as LSS technology and LPS service development, sales & marketing and delivery operations to ensure successful solution delivery and market adoption.

Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and mentor an impactful strategy and solutions team. Set clear goals and expectations, provide mentorship and support, and champion a culture of continuous learning and development.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including LPS delivery, sales & marketing, and finance, to align strategic objectives and ensure effective execution. Cultivate a culture of collaboration and cross-functional communication to drive critical initiatives forward.
