This is primarily a Lifeguard role, but we do not expect you to sit in a chair staring at a pool for your entire shift.

We operate a strict 30 minute rotation policy. That means you will spend 30 minutes providing sharp, visual poolside lifeguarding in accordance with STA guidelines.

After that, you rotate into your Leisure Assistant duties, moving around the club to maintain impeccable hygiene standards, keep our changing rooms squeaky clean, and chat with our members.

You will assist members in a friendly, courteous manner, respecting their privacy and offering great advice on our facilities and opening times. *Your Working Week : What You Will Actually Be Doing* As our Leisure Assistant and Lifeguard, you are the key link in the chain that joins up great staff with memorable customer service.
