Im working with a prestigious London client on a new opening in west London, due to open in March 2027. Theyre looking for a Head Chef to shape the food from the start.

The main restaurant will be a refined brasserie, open Wednesday to Sunday. The cooking should sit at a strong one star level, but this venue will not be about chasing stars. ...
