- 7–8+ years’ PQE
- Advise on transactional construction matters across commercial development, infrastructure and engineering projects, with a particular focus on the energy sector.
- Join a leading UK law firm working with major developers, contractors and funders on high-profile UK and international projects.
Legal Director/Partner, Contentious Construction – Glasgow/Edinburgh (Assignment 12024)
- 7+ years’ PQE
- Lead on contentious construction matters including adjudications, arbitration, litigation and construction disputes for contractors, employers, consultants and local authorities.
- Senior opportunity with a well-established Scottish law firm involving team leadership, client relationship management and mentoring.
Disputes (Shipping and Transport) – Edinburgh (Assignment 18399)
- 6+ years’ PQE
- Handle shipping and transport disputes, including marine, offshore and commercial claims, regulatory matters, advocacy and incident response work.
- Join a leading UK law firm advising insurers and commercial clients on complex, high-value domestic and international matters within a specialist disputes team.
Senior Associate/Director, Non-Contentious Construction (Infrastructure) – Edinburgh/Glasgow (Assignment 15087)
- 6+ years’ PQE
- Advise on non-contentious construction matters including major property developments, regeneration, infrastructure and engineering projects.
- Senior role with a commercial law firm combining technical leadership, business development and mentoring within a busy infrastructure team.
Construction & Engineering – Edinburgh (Assignment 18452)
- NQ–2 years’ PQE
- Draft and negotiate construction documentation, advising on non-contentious construction and engineering matters across UK infrastructure and development projects.
