Trainee Recruitment Consultant – The Role
The aim of the game is ultimately to find candidates to fill in your clients’ vacancies. It is a fast-paced sales role. You will be:
· Sourcing candidates by headhunting, advertising, networking and database
· Pre-screening candidates by phone, face-to-face or video call
· Setting up interviews
· Preparing candidates for interview
· Getting interview feedback
· Negotiating terms of contract
· Closing deals
· Handling any objections
· Developing client relationships
· Winning new clients (cold calling)
