Position Summary:
The Merchandising Sr. Zupervisors ensure customer satisfaction through sales by providing point of purchase and shelf management services.
Responsibilities:
· Assists visitors and displays products
· Perform merchandising sales fulfilling visitor’s needs
· Ensure sales target through good quality customer service
· Manage the cash of the assigned Merchandising point of sales
· Support Merchandising inventory elaboration
· Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards
· Keep an orderly environment in the point of sales assigned
· Report to Merchandising Coordinator any anomaly related to operational equipment and establishment
· Ensures KidZania Experience through merchandising sales activities
Key Project Deliverables:
· Daily service reports.
· Inventory.
· Operations Checklists.
Indicators:
· Merchandising Sales Target.
· Cash Management.
Qualifications:
Background Sales
High School Degree
Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
Specific Knowledge:
· Customer service
· Money management
· Operational knowledge
Languages:
Intermediate Level of English, Local Language
