While your primary focus is the kitchen, you’ll also support the Front of House team when required, helping maintain smooth service and an excellent guest experience. This role suits someone who enjoys fast-paced work, takes pride in high standards, and is happy to jump in wherever the team needs support. *Key Responsibilities* Back of House (Primary Duties) * Cook doner meats and other menu items to consistent brand standards. * Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. * Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen environment at all times. * Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks as part of the kitchen schedule. * Follow all food safety procedures, including temperature checks, storage, and labelling. * Assist with stock rotation (FIFO), deliveries, and storage.
