Job description
Job Title: Class 1 HGV Driver
Location: Lockerbie
Salary: £38,000+
Job Description:
We are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) HGV Drivers to work with a well-established client based in Lockerbie. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for consistent work with a single, reputable company while still benefiting from a range of shift options to suit their lifestyle.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate Class 1 (C+E) vehicles in line with all road and safety regulations
- Complete deliveries and collections efficiently and on time
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects
- Maintain accurate records, including tachograph and delivery paperwork
- Deliver a professional and reliable service on behalf of the client
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous HGV driving experience preferred
- Good knowledge of driver hours and regulations
- Flexible approach to work, including availability for weekend shifts
- Strong work ethic and reliability
