General
Manager - Live in - Up to 46K plus bonus
We're looking for a General Manager for the Mulberry Bush, which is a stones through from the South Bank of the Thames. This beautiful pub is in an excellent location, and preparing for much bigger turnover as building works in the area begin to be completed with a fantastic team in place.
The pub comes with fold back doors and tables outside, as well as bookable upstairs room complete with its own bar. There is plenty of room to put your stamp on the offer in this trendy, modern pub.

so we are looking for entrepreneurial General Managers to put their own stamp
on our businesses. We're all about freedom within a framework - you decide what
goes on the food menu - and that doesn't mean picking from a bank of recipes!
You tailor your offer to your guests and grow the business in line with your
business vision! You decide what events and sales driving to do, what the
team uniform is, and look after all your own recruitment and marketing.
