This is a unique position for a highly skilled Head Chef to join the team at a scenic hotel in Lyme Regis. As a culinary expert, you'll focus solely on cooking, preparing and presenting high-quality dishes for the restaurant and special events. Your creativity and passion for food will shine in a kitchen where you'll have the freedom to craft exceptional culinary experiences.
Location: Lyme Regis, Dorset
Salary: Up to £20 per hour
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Live-In: Accommodation available at £78 per week
