You'll have the opportunity to get involved in all things Mad Swans, from padel lessons to cocktail workshops, after all, we want you to be as excited by our product as we are.What there is to itYou'll be joining a lively and passionate housekeeping team with a positive and warm attitude from day one.The key duties and responsibilities of this role will include:Cleaning and re-setting CabinsChanging bed linen and towelsStocking and maintaining an inventory of housekeeping suppliesDusting and polishing furniture and fixturesScrubbing and sanitising showers, bathtubs, toilets, countertops and sinksVacuuming/mopping all areas including public areasReporting breakages, damages and safety issues for repairsPositively engage and interact with guestsAssist guests with any questions and queriesHandle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly, escalating to the Housekeeping Manager, if necessaryBuilding rapport with regular guests, fostering a welcoming and loyal customer baseThere is an element of physical work which will involve lifting, carrying and moving linen and supplies to and from each Cabin. Although this role is predominantly working inside Cabins, our Housekeepers will also be required to be outside as they move between and service each Cabin throughout the day.There are a number of full-time, part-time and weekend positions. Full time positions will work any five days out of seven. Earnings to 11.65/hour to 13.50/hour, including TRONC (Tips), depending on age.Location - this is an onsite role and will be located at Mad Swans in the Mendips, Marsh Lane, Farrington Gurney, Bristol, BS39 6TS.Working Hours - shift times will vary throughout the week; however, the operational times will be from 8.00 am to 3.00 pm.Working Days - your working days will depend on if you work full-time, part-time or weekend. Full-time members of the team will be required to work any five days out of seven and will involve working on weekends on a regular basis.
