GSL Education South Yorkshire Branch are looking to appoint Sports Coach for schools in Doncaster. This is a dual-role position combining Sports Coach and Classroom Support Assistant responsibilities. We are seeking energetic, patient, and proactive individuals who can use their coaching experience to promote positive behaviour, encourage engagement, and support pupils both inside and outside the classroom. The role is designed as a school-based classroom support position rather than a traditional sports coaching role.
The Sports Coach/ Learning Assistant role offers the opportunity to work alongside teachers as a Classroom Support Assistant, helping pupils remain engaged with learning while using transferable coaching skills such as communication, resilience, motivation, and behaviour management to create a positive learning environment.
