Key Responsibilities

As a Mobile Forklift Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Servicing, repairing and maintaining diesel, gas and electric forklift trucks

• Carrying out on-site repairs and preventative maintenance

• Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults

• Attending customer sites to investigate and resolve breakdowns

• Ensuring all equipment is safe and compliant with industry standards

• Providing a professional and reliable service to customers

What we're looking for

We're keen to hear from engineers with a strong mechanical background and experience working on machinery. Ideally, you'll have:

• Previous experience as a Forklift Engineer or in a similar engineering role

• Good mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills

• An NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in an engineering discipline (preferred but not essential)

• A full UK driving licence

• The ability to work independently and manage your workload

• A proactive and customer-focused approach
