The Role:
- Support students across Key Stages 3 & 4 in lessons
- Work alongside experienced teachers to deliver engaging learning
- Provide one-to-one and small group intervention sessions
- Help raise student confidence, engagement and attainment
- Gain invaluable experience in a secondary school environment
Ideal Candidate:
- A graduate in any subject (English, Maths, Science and Humanities graduates particularly encouraged to apply)
- Passionate about working with young people
- Confident communicator with a positive attitude
- Considering a career in teaching, educational psychology or youth work
- Previous experience working with children is beneficial but not essential
