Michelin starred restaurant The Peat Inn is seeking to enlarge its friendly professional team.
Previous experience in a Michelin restaurant is not essential but cooking to a high level in a good quality a la carte establishment is required
the successful candidate is:
-experienced at running sections across the kitchen to a precise and consistent standard
-able to work calmly, effectively and efficiently
-contributes to a positive atmosphere across the entire business
- career focused and ambitious, seeking to grow and improve
We offer:
-a calm, professional, mature working environment in a prestigious Michelin starred venue
-the chance to learn and develop
-dinner service only Tuesdays to Thursdays; lunch and dinner on Fridays and Saturdays.
-closed Sundays and Mondays
- closed three days at Christmas and one week from January 1st
- staff uniform
-a share of generous tips in addition to salary
