We’re building something different at Launch With Us.

At Launch With Us, we help ambitious e-commerce brands scale from £2M to £7M+ through high-performance paid social and creative-led growth strategies.

We’re not interested in vanity metrics or bloated agency processes. We focus on outcomes that genuinely move the needle: profitable customer acquisition, stronger retention, and scalable growth.

We manage over £10M in annual paid media spend across Meta and TikTok for brands including Lucky Saint, Fem Fuelz, Butter & Crust, Four Five, and Aromatherapy Associates. Our success comes from combining sharp media buying with creative that converts.

We’re part of the #1 UK Meta independent agency groups; we move fast, think commercially, and give talented people genuine ownership over the accounts they run. This is a place for ambitious operators who want autonomy, accountability, and the opportunity to make a real impact.

We’re looking for a Paid Social Manager who loves performance marketing, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to develop into a strategic growth leader.

The Role

As a Paid Social Manager, you’ll be responsible for executing, managing, and optimising paid social campaigns across a portfolio of DTC e-commerce brands.

You’ll work closely with Senior Paid Social Managers and Growth Executives to ensure campaigns are delivering against performance targets while continuously identifying opportunities to improve results.

This role is ideal for someone with strong paid social foundations who wants to deepen their expertise and accelerate their career.

Our Values

  • Extreme Ownership: You win or learn. Never blame.
  • Radical Curiosity: Challenge assumptions. Explore what’s next.
  • Kind Candour: Say what needs to be said, with honesty and purpose.
  • Client-Centricity: Think like an owner. Act in your clients’ best interests, always.

Requirements

Paid Social Campaign Management

  • Own the day-to-day management and optimisation of paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok for a portfolio of DTC e-commerce brands. You will be responsible for ensuring campaigns are delivered to a high standard, budgets are allocated effectively, and performance remains aligned with client objectives.
  • Monitor account performance daily, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, increase scale, and maintain profitability. You will proactively implement optimisation strategies based on data rather than waiting for performance issues to emerge.
  • Execute full-funnel campaign strategies across prospecting, retargeting, and retention activity, ensuring campaigns are structured appropriately for each stage of the customer journey.
  • Support the scaling of successful campaigns by identifying opportunities to increase spend while maintaining key performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and MER

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyse performance data across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Triple Whale, Shopify, and internal reporting tools to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights, helping both internal teams and clients understand what is driving results and where improvements can be made.
  • Take ownership of performance reporting by ensuring data is accurate, insights are meaningful, and recommendations are commercially focused.
  • Quickly identify performance issues and work collaboratively with senior team members to implement recovery plans and testing strategies.

Creative Performance Collaboration

  • Work closely with Creative Strategists to provide performance-driven feedback on creative assets, helping improve campaign effectiveness and customer acquisition performance.
  • Analyse ad performance to identify successful hooks, formats, messaging angles, and offers, using these insights to support future testing initiatives.
  • Contribute to creative testing roadmaps by identifying opportunities based on campaign performance, consumer behaviour, and platform trends.
  • Monitor creative fatigue and proactively recommend new concepts, iterations, and testing opportunities to maintain account performance.

Client Communication

  • Support client calls, performance reviews, and planning discussions by providing accurate campaign updates and actionable insights.
  • Communicate campaign performance clearly and confidently, ensuring clients understand progress against objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Build strong relationships through responsiveness, professionalism, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Work closely with Senior Paid Social Managers to ensure client requests, feedback, and opportunities are actioned effectively.
  • Contribute to a positive client experience through reliable execution and consistent communication.

Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Senior Paid Social Managers, Growth Executives, Creative Strategists, and wider team members to ensure account strategies are executed effectively.
  • Share learnings, successful tests, and platform insights with colleagues to improve collective knowledge and account performance.
  • Contribute to improving internal workflows, reporting processes, and operational systems that support agency growth.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, planning sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Demonstrate a collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues in achieving shared objectives.

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of hands-on paid social experience within an agency or DTC e-commerce environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, with experience building, managing, and optimising campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Solid understanding of campaign structure, audience strategy, creative testing frameworks, and performance optimisation principles.
  • Comfortable analysing data across Triple Whale, Shopify, GA4, and platform reporting tools, using insights to inform recommendations and decision-making.
  • Demonstrates strong commercial awareness and an understanding of the core metrics that drive e-commerce growth, including ROAS, CAC, MER, and customer acquisition efficiency.
  • Able to communicate performance insights clearly and confidently to both internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities effectively.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and motivated by continuous improvement and learning.
  • Collaborative team player who contributes positively to team culture and shared success.
  • Passionate about performance marketing, e-commerce growth, and staying ahead of industry trends.

Benefits

  • Join a fast-growing and ambitious company with a collaborative, people-first culture.
  • Benefit from a hybrid-first working model, with remote working and optional access to our London office for collaboration and team connection.
  • Enjoy 27 days of annual leave, plus Bank Holidays and your birthday off each year.
  • Work abroad for up to 30 days per year (T&Cs apply), giving you added flexibility and balance.
  • Benefit from a company pension scheme designed to support your long-term future.
  • Access private health insurance after 6 months, helping you prioritise your wellbeing.
  • Receive life insurance cover alongside Smart Health wellbeing support services.
  • Benefit from a healthcare cash plan covering dental, optical, and physiotherapy support.
  • Follow a clear and structured progression plan designed to support your professional growth and career development.
  • Participate in annual salary reviews linked to performance and contribution.
  • Enjoy monthly incentives and a Kudos reward scheme that recognises and celebrates great work.
  • Be rewarded through a Christmas performance bonus scheme.
  • Access ongoing training and personal development opportunities to continue building your skills and expertise.
  • Join a supportive and collaborative team environment focused on growth, learning, and success.

What Success Looks Like

0–3 Months

  • During your first three months, you will become fully embedded within your client portfolio and develop a strong understanding of Launch With Us processes, reporting systems, and performance expectations.
  • You will be confidently managing campaign execution and optimisation independently, demonstrating attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • By the end of this period, clients and colleagues should view you as reliable, organised, and capable of taking ownership of day-to-day account performance.

6 Months

  • By six months, you will be consistently improving account performance and contributing valuable insights that help drive growth for your clients.
  • You will demonstrate a strong understanding of the commercial objectives behind each account and proactively identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency, creative performance, and overall profitability.
  • You will be trusted to manage accounts with minimal oversight and recognised as a dependable contributor within your pod.

12 Months

  • By twelve months, you will be operating as a highly capable account owner, consistently delivering strong performance across your portfolio.
  • You will contribute strategic recommendations during planning discussions, influence creative testing initiatives, and demonstrate the skills required to progress into a Senior Paid Social Manager role.
  • You will be recognised internally as someone who embodies Launch With Us values and consistently delivers results for clients.
