What You'll AchieveInnovate Develop exciting new leisure programmes that increase usage and keep our community coming back for more.Lead Organise and inspire our Duty Manager team, ensuring every shift runs like clockwork.Strategies Assist in financial planning, control expenditure, and drive revenue to hit ambitious growth targets.Ensure Excellence Champion our high standards for Health, Safety, and customer care,Deputise Step up for the Centre Manager when needed, gaining invaluable high-level experience in site operations.Who You AreA Natural Leader: You gain the respect of your team through clear communication and visible leadership.A Relationship Builder: You thrive on connecting with customers, clients, and staff to drive continuous improvement.Committed: You're ready to roll up your sleeves, handle the unexpected, and work flexibly to get the job done.The Essentials you should holdFirst Aid at Work Qualification.National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).Desirable: A recognised qualification in Leisure Management or Sports Development, and a Pool Plant Operators qualification.
