About the role
A varied, diverse and interesting senior administrative support role supporting the Divisional Directors. We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and diligent PA who will enjoy working in a fast-paced and ambitious business. You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
About you
Your background will include directly supporting multiple Senior Directors or Executives, including diary coordination, minute taking and associate actions. Our new team member will be highly organised with a structured and timely approach to their work. You will also be able to work outside of your routine, think on your feet and enjoy a varied and diverse set of responsibilities.
We are also looking for someone with strong IT skills including all Microsoft packages and the ability to take minutes and actions in meetings.
