Behaviour Mentor What the Role InvolvesAs a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with pupils who require additional behavioural and emotional support, helping them regulate emotions, engage positively with learning and develop confidence within the school environment. You'll support students both inside and outside the classroom, implement behaviour strategies, build trusted relationships and work collaboratively with teachers, pastoral staff and external professionals to remove barriers to learning.
