Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced

Multi-Skilled Engineer

to carry out a range of planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and small works projects across our client portfolio. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong background in building services and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform planned and reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and building fabric systems.

Diagnose and repair faults quickly and effectively to ensure minimal disruption.

Support and advise clients and site teams on maintenance issues and improvement opportunities.

Complete accurate service records, reports, and compliance documentation.

Work independently or as part of a team to deliver a high standard of workmanship.

Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota (if applicable).

Skills & Experience :

Recognised trade qualification (electrical, mechanical, or plumbing preferred).

Proven experience in a multi-skilled FM or building services role.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, lighting, power distribution, or plumbing systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills with a client-focused attitude.

Full UK driving licence
