Corporate Solicitor — Location : Fully Remote (occasional team meetings near Bristol). Salary : Up to £65,000 (DOE). Working Arrangement : Fully Remote (with initial on-site expectation for integration).

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad caseload spanning share and asset sales, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, partnership / LLP agreements, and bank funding.
• Provide pragmatic and commercially sound advice to a wide range of clients.
• Take responsibility for developing and maintaining client relationships, as well as building new connections with introducers.
• Contribute to business development and the ongoing expansion of the corporate offering.
