Key responsibilities in this role:

You should be able to provide legal advice to clients and handle matters from initial instruction through to completion unsupervised. You will manage your own caseload on all legal aspects of buying, selling, leasing, and developments.

Minimum 3 years PQE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in handling a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations.
• Managing transactions and overseeing the legal aspects of buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and leases.
• Be passionate about client relationship management and efficiently deal with matters in the most timely and commercial way.
• IT literate and experience of using case management systems.
• Strong planning, organisation, and time management skills are essential.
• Continuously updating your legal knowledge and keep ahead about relevant legal developments.
