This is a remote, full-time role based in the UK or Europe. The position reports to the Futures Growth team and focuses on expanding the futures affiliate network and driving futures trading adoption.

Overview

At Kraken, our futures growth team aims to increase product awareness and attract new clients in Europe and globally. The primary goal of this role is to accelerate the growth of our futures business by expanding our affiliate network.

Responsibilities

• Source and drive acquisition, onboarding and activation of new futures affiliates and KOLs through targeted BD initiatives.
• Drive, manage, and nurture existing partner and affiliate relationships to maximize growth and long-term success.
• Act as the voice of the customer to product and marketing teams, providing actionable feedback to improve the user experience and offerings.
• Execute go-to-market plans for affiliate campaigns, trading competitions and incentive programs.
• Monitor competitive trends in futures and recommend features, incentives, or campaigns to maintain market competitiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns execution, content, and outreach for futures growth.
• Track and report on key metrics such as new traders, trading volumes, and affiliate impact; assess performance and customer retention across regions and channels.
