Applicants must be 18+ and fully eligible to work in the UK . Unfortunately, we cannot accept student visas (including Tier 4 / Student Route). This is a self-employed role with uncapped commission-based earnings.
Overview
Relay Direct, a fast-growing face-to-face sales and marketing agency, is on the lookout for motivated Business Development Associates to join our expanding team. We partner with some of the UK’s most recognised brands, helping them connect with new customers in a powerful and engaging way.
Compensation
Earnings : £23-28k OTE, with uncapped commissions. Training provided. This range is provided by Relay Direct. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

- Engaging customers : Representing our clients face-to-face at events and residential campaigns.
- Driving growth : Promoting products and services, generating leads, and closing sales.
- Hitting targets : Pushing yourself to exceed expectations and achieve ambitious goals.
