Senior ICT Service Desk Analyst
3-6 month contract
Our client is seeking a Senior ICT Service Desk Analyst to provide professional, efficient, and responsive technical ICT support services. This role offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team whilst delivering excellent customer service through various communication channels.
Main Purpose
Our client's team needs a dedicated professional to provide first and second-line technical support across all end-point devices. You\'ll support their team to deliver efficient day-to-day operations within agreed Service Level Agreements whilst managing expectations of partners and stakeholders.
