A welcoming and well-established secondary school in Liverpool is seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organised School Receptionist to join their front office team. This is a full-time, permanent position starting ASAP and offers the opportunity to play a central role in the daily life of a thriving school community.
As the School Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors. You will manage the reception area efficiently, ensuring that all enquiries are handled promptly and professionally while maintaining a warm and approachable manner.

• Greeting visitors and ensuring safeguarding sign-in procedures are followed
• Answering and directing telephone calls and email enquiries
• Managing student attendance queries and late arrivals
• Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
• Providing administrative support to staff and leadership
• Assisting with the organisation of meetings, events, and parent evenings
• Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies
