This is a vital role where you will champion a learning culture where everybody matters. You will design and deliver engaging, values-based training sessions while evaluating and adapting content regularly to ensure it remains current, relevant and aligned with our mission and core values.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Internal Trainer, you will :
- Champion a learning culture where everybody matters by delivering inclusive training that respects and reflects the diverse needs of our workforce and the people we support.
- Design and deliver engaging, values-based training sessions that promote dignity, respect, and empowerment in line with CQC standards and current legislation.
- Facilitate induction programs and ongoing development with a focus on building resilient, passionate care teams committed to professional excellence.
- Encourage open dialogue, honesty, and integrity during training sessions to foster trust and transparency.
- Recognise and nurture individual strengths and learning styles, promoting a positive and motivational learning environment.
- Maintain accurate training records, support audit processes, and ensure all mandatory and role-specific training requirements are met.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Internal Trainer who is passionate about empowering and mentoring others .
Essential :
Proven leadership experience in a Regional Manager or senior role within social care or healthcare.Proven experience working within a health and social care environment, with a strong understanding of person-centred care.A recognised teaching or training qualification (e.g., PTLLS, Level 3 Award in Education and Training).Demonstrated commitment to the values of Everybody Matters, Honesty and Integrity, Passionate and Resilient, Positivity, and Professional Excellence.Previous experience delivering training in care home, supported living, or domiciliary care settings.A solution-focused mindset and a positive attitude towards continuous improvement and learningPreferable :
Familiarity with Learning Management Platforms or blended learning methods.Level 3 (or higher) Health and Social Care qualification (e.g., NVQ, Diploma).Why Join Us?
