Our client has a client-focused and commercial approach in dealing with a wide range of property disputes. Requirements

Requirements for this Commercial & Property Litigation Solicitor role :

• 5+ years PQE with experience in service charges and ground rent debt recovery (residential and commercial). Candidates with less experience may be considered if they demonstrate exceptional skills.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team of solicitors and paralegals, ensuring high performance and professional development.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration and build positive relationships with clients, team members, and external partners.
